One of my favorite dishes is a traditional Algerian dish and we add modern touches that are found on every Algerian table during the month of Ramadan

  • the ingredients
  • A whole chicken
  • 100 g green olive green
  • Small chopped onion
  • 3 carrot seeds
  • 300 g Mushroom of the best fresh
  • Ginger ground
  • black pepper
  • saffron
  • A small, creamy tray
  • Salt to taste
  • RAND papers
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil
  • A little parsley

30 minutes

  1. Cut the chicken and wash it thoroughly with water, salt and vinegar, then clean with water and place in an oven mold
  2. Add the grated onions, spices, salt, and whole-grain paper to each other and then cook at medium temperature
  3. Boil the olives in water for 2 minutes, until the salt is picked up and then filtered
  4. Cut the carrots into circles and then the mushrooms
  5. Remove the chicken from the oven after an hour and place on it olives, carrots, mushrooms, a glass of water, a generous box and olive oil. Recycle the oven again and add water if necessary.
  6. Open the grill of the oven to brown and then take it out of the oven and together with the sauce
  7. And put them in dishes decorated with parsley as an addition and praise and healing to all my friends
