Ingredients :

10 ounces tomatoes

​1 tablespoon fresh basil 

½ teaspoon cinnamon

​½ cup Erythritol

​½ teaspoon ground ginger

​1 tablespoons nutmeg

​1 tablespoons butter

​1 teaspoon anise 

Directions:

Wash the tomatoes carefully and chop them. Combine the basil, cinnamon, Erythritol, ground ginger, nutmeg, and anise and mix well. Put the chopped tomatoes in the pressure cooker and add the spice mixture. Add the butter and mix well. Cook the dish for the ”Sauté” mode for twenty minutes. When the cooking time ends, open the strain cooker lid and stir the jam. Transfer the jam with a serving dish and allow it to chill before serving.
