Ingredients :

7 ounces Parmesan 

2 zucchini

1 teaspoon salt 

1 egg

​1 teaspoon ground black pepper 

½ cup coconut flour 

3 tablespoons butter 

¼ cup parsley 

Directions:  

Grate the zucchini, sprinkle it with all the salt and ground black pepper, and mix well. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Beat the egg inside separate bowl and whisk it. Add the whisked egg inside zucchini mixture and add the cheese. Chop the parsley and add it towards the zucchini mixture. Add the coconut flour and knead the dough that forms. Make small balls with the zucchini mixture cause them to become on the trivet. Transfer the trivet with the zucchini balls into pressure to succeed cooker. Cook at ”Steam” mode for 15 minutes. When the zucchini balls are cooked, take them out from pressure cooker and serve.
