Ingredients :

​1 pound turnip, boiled

​1 cup fresh oregano

​1 egg

​¼ cup coconut flour 

1 teaspoon onion powder

​1 tablespoon salt 

4 tablespoons organic organic olive oil

1 teaspoon nutmeg

​1 teaspoon dill 

Directions: 

Mash the turnip carefully by utilizing a fork or masher. Mince the oregano and add it for the potatoes. Beat the egg in to the mixture. Sprinkle it with all the coconut flour, onion powder, nutmeg, and dill. Knead the dough. Pour the extra virgin extra virgin olive oil inside stress cooker and preheat it on ”Steam” mode. Make medium-sized croquettes from the turnip mixture and set them in pressure to have success cooker. Cook the croquettes for 6 minutes on either side until golden brown. Remove the croquettes from the load cooker, drain them around the paper towel to remove any excess oil and serve.
