1 ½ cup kabocha squash, chopped
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Erythritol
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ cup of water
In the cooker, mix up together kabocha squash, ground cinnamon, ginger, and Erythritol. Add butter and water. Close and seal the lid. Cook the vegetable on Low-pressure mode for number of hours. When time is fully gone plus the squash is tender, transfer it within the serving bowl, add gravy through the cooker and serve.
