5 jalapeno peppers, sliced
1/3 cup coconut flour
2 eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon organic essential olive oil
In the mixing bowl, combine together whisked eggs and salt. Then add sliced jalapeno peppers and mix up. After this, coat jalapeno slices inside coconut flour generously. Transfer the jalapeno slices within the cooker and sprinkle with essential organic olive oil. Close the lid and cook them on air crisp mode for 5 minutes (380F). Stir them well and cook for just two main-3 extra minutes if jalapeno slices usually are not crispy enough.
