1 avocado, peeled
1 tablespoon cream
½ teaspoon minced garlic
1 cup water, as a way to smoke
Place the eggs within the Pressure cooker and add water. Close and seal the lid. Cook the eggs on High-pressure mode for 5 minutes. Then use natural pressure release for 5 minutes more. After this, blend together avocado, minced garlic, and cream. When the mix is smooth, transfer it inside mixing bowl. Peel the cooked eggs and cut them in to the halves. Remove the eggs yolks and transfer them within the avocado mixture. Stir well. Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
