Ingredients: 

1 pound carrots

9 ounces sliced bacon 

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper 

1 teaspoon ground white pepper 

1 teaspoon paprika 

¼ cup chicken stock 

1 tablespoon organic essential olive oil

​¼ teaspoon marjoram 

Directions:  

Wash the carrot and peel it. Sprinkle the carrot when using ground black pepper. Combine the salt, ground white pepper, paprika, and marjoram and stir the amalgamation. Coat the sliced bacon with every one of the spice mixture. Wrap the carrots within the sliced bacon. Pour the essential olive oil in pressure cooker and add wrapped carrots. Close the lid, set pressure cooker to ”Sauté” mode, and sauté the carrot for 10 mins. Add the chicken stock and cook the dish on pressure mode for 8 minutes. When the cooking time ends, release the stress and open the lid. Serve warm.
