1-pound artichoke petals 

1 cup heavy cream 

3 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded

​1 teaspoon  minced garlic

1 teaspoon garlic powder 

1 teaspoon chili flakes 

1 teaspoon almond flour 

1 tablespoon butter

​½ teaspoon salt 


Mix up together artichoke petals, minced garlic, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Add salt. Transfer the amalgamation within the cooker. Add shredded cheese, almond flour, and cream. Mix it. Close and seal the lid. Cook the inside dish for 8 minutes on High-pressure mode. Then use quick pressure release and open the lid. Mix in the artichoke petals with sauce gently and transfer into the serving bowls.
