Al-Zafiti or Al-Batout is a popular Algerian traditional dish eaten hot in most of the state of the Algerian homeland, among them the most famous Zufiti al-Busaidi or Basut al-Bisari, and it can not be eaten sweet because its taste is not good,


  •  500 g wet semolina
  • salt
  • Water for kneading
  • 4 hot green peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Tomato paste
  • Ras Thom
  • Large spoonful
  • Half tablespoon salt
  • Spoon as a margarine
  • A pinch or chopped grass
  • 4 Pepper red, dry, dry 
  • Hot water cup


We mix the semolina with the salt and water until we get the paste of the crusher and spread it in halal and Ttahaha in Tajim from both sides

We roast hot green peppers and tomatoes, then put the garlic in a well-cooked marmalade, then add the peppers, grilled tomatoes, dried red pepper and dill

We break the crust and put it in the broth with grilled fillet, pepper, garlic and dry red pepper

Prepare a cup of hot water and put in a tablespoon of tomato paste, herring and salt and add it gradually to the ingredients and continue to pounding the mowers and put dabsh or chopped grass, and offer Zufiti or Batut health and wellness
